I have never had a worse experience in my life. I just went to pick up my bridesmaids dress and it did not fit at all. I asked for a solution and they basically told me too bad and there was nothing they could do. They event blatantly walked away from my mom and I and pretended that we did not exist. Then miraculously 2 days later they said they could fly me in a dress that would cost another three hundred dollars. On top of that, they would not give me any money back for the original dress because "that is my problem". They are completely rude. There is an old man there that is terrible. He even yelled at the bride when she originally placed her dress order. I dont know why anyone would go there. They are awful. We have seven bridesmaids and not one of our dresses fit when they arrived. The dresses might seem affordable at first but when you factor in the mass amounts of alterations, they are not cheaper than any other dress place. Dont waste your time or money. I have no idea why they are still in business.
